I totally agree.

Are you sure guys? That would be a bad thing.

I don't buy the SA poster today so they don't get my money. ;)

hmmmmmnnn, certainly sounds like it.....

and dont get me wrong I have no problem with them making money - its what any business is there for and lets not fool ourselves that this isnt a business - but why do it with the shipping? surely they are making by selling the products?

I'm kicking myself for placing the orders, but what is done is done..

when you consider many places ship free from the US, $11 per CD is robbery. anyone who hasnt should check out secondspin.com - every month they do free shipping internationally, a great time to buy CD's very cheap from the US

Hahaha... I'm also an addict of the 2ndSpin website!!

I was lucky as I ordered all the new TENs (except the deluxe signed from the 10C) at Amazon.de.

Now prices seems to be higher. Hope they don't cancel my orders. :|

interesting isnt it? $11 for a Cd to be shipped to the Uk by the people offering 13 bootlegs in a box for $4, or a poster in a big tube for $11.....

I'll make my thoughts known to the 10club and see how quickly they dismiss me.....

there are no other reason for 10c to give separate shipping for multiple purchases...i don't understand other reasons ...the only reason is to make much money ....prices are not so high on 10c but with shipping the fair prices disappeare instantly!!!

in this last year I slow down my will to collect pj for money problems and cause, as you all know, i collect mainly vinyls ...so I decided also not to buy a lot of things from 10c ...i have 2008 boxes with bootlegs too ...I bought one there, another here, another one anywhere ...I saved some money ...I pay more attention now

Imagine you work there, and 500 orders come in for 1 cd. There are 500 packages that fit the cd perfectly. Labelling and packaging is standard production work (500 times the same handling).
Now 31 people order a poster with it (cd doesn't fit in poster tube, poster doesn't fit in cd package): problem. Sixty people order a hoodie, a shirt or a hat together with the cd. Different packaging for this as well. Orders have to be joined which costs time and mostly this time is more expensive than shipping out another package.
I once ordered 6 cd's at once at play.com. I received 6 packages with 1 cd. That's just what works best for them.

The only thing that's bugging me is that play.com charges shipping for 1 package of 6 cd's instead of 6 packages of 1 cd.
Tenclub charges way too much for shipping a single item and they don't even ship it by airmail.

After typing this I see where you're going Frank and I thought I disagreed with you, but I think I'm with you ;)
Handling each order seperately isn't abnormal, but charging us for that is...

quite right Jos, they can package these things however they wish, but the fact remains they are ripping us off. simple really.

If you want to order two legacys for example, that will be $22 in shipping???????? they will easily fit in one bubble envelope, and cost approx $4.

See your point and you are right we cannot expect them to combine a poster with a tshirt, but to be fair, in the past all items have been ordered together, its just the new special Ten releases where they seem intent in shafting the international member

Pictures of the various TEN versions:

Deluxe ($31.99/$7.50SH)

LP ($18.99/$5.50SH)

I got these pics form the Dutch Ramblings forum.
They got them from 10C, but I can't find them on there...

I don't expect them to combine a poster with a tshirt, I didn't say it. I say that sometimes I can't understand the reasons they can't pack together 2 cd ....some items are shipped alone and it seems to be no reason ...and his price is bigger ...why? let me know why if you can!

some years ago i recieved 4 t-shirt, some dvd and some cd in only one pack...

you can tell me only that for new items there have this new politics ...no othere reasons, it seems
