I got mine in a collection of DJ vinyl for a really good price...

I found the 2000 08 25 - Jones Beach, USA #41 (CD 2) from Singapore in a 2nd hand recordstore yesterday!

Found The Quiet Table from Three Fish in a 2nd hand recordstore yesterday.
It's the US version, not on the site yet.
I will do my best to make some time soon to scan a bunch of things.
