This was a special follow up bonus disc made by the directors in 2008. It was given out on the scale the 2004 ones were.

I was in touch with them at the time i got my set from them and they offered to throw it in as it features Jeff and had his permission to burn a few copies.

Aaaah! Thanks for the information! I really want the Mike bobble head but the prices on ebay are horrible....better to concentrate on tour itinerarys
