Thanks for the advice. I opted for a refund. He was quick to reply and the refund (via PayPal) was pending until Dec 15 2010. I logged in today and now it says pending until Dec 28 2010. Does anyone knoe why this is pending and is it due to my credit card company or is the seller holding it up on purpose?

So just a quick update. The prick removed his refund from my PayPal account so I escalated the case to a claim and eventually got my refund. He' still trading on eBay and goes by the name of Slashology so beware. I wouldn't trust him at all.

yep - im convinced its bullshit

there are two scenarios here i think.

1. They are all fake
or
2. a few isreal promos were issued with the transfers attached for DJ's.....and that idea has now been pounced upon to make a few fakes for cds from yesteryear....

Im leaning towards it all being number 1, but i have a few enquiries going on with a few Israeli contacts and hope to know more soon
