why is it promo?

I found the promo vinyl version from Mike Watt - Ball-Hog or Tugboat?
It's a double blue vinyl, and the cool thing is...
It's signed by Mike Watt!
It has "kids of the 70s" on there, with Eddie on vocals.

Do you mean that the promo version is in blue vinyl like the standard release? Are there some difference compared to the standard release? Ed. is back vocal also in BIG TRAIN is I remember!

frank its a very nice but unofficial home made project from the blackredyellow.com forum and is still available for around 30 euros...well worth getting, you have to download the music and make the cds yourself

So my 30th Birthday has been and gone. Should I be worried that everyone I know associates me with pearl jam, my clients, my colleagues, my friends, my family, probably even my dog. Check out a few of the items I was given - that have been made because no one would dare buy anything official as its pretty nailed on I'd have it (promo vinyls aside). Do you think i need to be worried yet?? Add onto this that the DJ was a strict mandate for playing Pearl Jam for me rather than the usual party crap (something that still humours me now, some puzzled looks in that room), and a huge Pearl Jam Alive cake.

My family rocks, but I do wonder if I need to go seek help!!!!

Touch Me I'm Sick Photo Book, that is the small book version, right?
I hang out with Charles Peterson when I was in Seattle.
My ex-girlfriend still works with Charles Peterson every now and then.
We visited his photo studio, and I saw all these original pictures of Green River, Mother Love Bone, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and all these well known sub pop photos and record covers.
He is a really nice sweet guy as well. He gave me the touch me I'm sick book, and signed it to my name, and we posed for some pictures together! great great guy!
