guys, its been a long time since we were dealing with the band, we are dealing here now with a major brand,

its not easy but I understand the tenclubs position. They have the job of dealing with a band with a huge and almost unrivalled passionate and loyal fanbase. They are never going to be able to please everyone. Can you imagine how many emails they have had from people wanting the signed set? all pleading to pick them.

It may be so that they could sign them all, but when it appears that literally 'thousands' have been sold, its unlikely that all will get signed and its also unlikely they could ever make that promise. Sure they may try to, but to guarantee it may be a kinda daft mistake to make. Ten club told me the band will sign as many as they can in their day at the office. But my betting is that it wont be easy to sign this stuff. Its gionna come in an expensive strange delux box that needs taking part to get to the thing to sign, and then put back together making sure everything remains in each package, its not as easy to me as banging them in front of them and saying sign here.

From my dealing with Tenclub they have always been short in their replies, but always helpful and trying to be as informative as possible, they often take three days to answer, which to me means that they are probably getting a few hundred similar emails a day, which then tells me they would find it very hard to reply with a 5 paragraph reply telling me how they value me and how much they appreciate my 25 dollars a year. Sure like anyone else i love to feel a part of the PJ fanclub and hope that in turn is valued, but we all have to appreciate that time for the band and their crew is at a premium, and they simply can not and do not have the resources to deal with us fans in the way we like to be treated.

I can only liken it to manchester United, after being a season ticket holder for over 15 years, over the years as their sucess has grown and they have become a PLc and then not a plc and their global success has grown and grown, i have slowly become just a number, whereas the club used to try to make us all feel special, they no longer do, its not possible, and whilst I do not belive Pearl jam has become all about Money has like it has for Manchester United, they do have finite resources.

So come on guys give the tenclub a break, they do their best, they probably dont make the rules, they probably asked the band - will you sign the delux edition, and the band probably said sure - we'll have day in the office and do as many as we can

I understand what you say and i appreciate some things you told us but don't understand why i must pay my membership and then pay for an item more then a normal fan ...i don't understand also the stupidity of that answer to mas ...not for being a short answer but cause i think it's stupid ....if you don't like it we will be hapy to refund you ...as ...right or wrong i am still the captain
