From my experience (guitarist in a band) setlists are made about 1 hour before the concert. Multiple setlists are written by the same person (Eddie in this case). I don't think they have the luxury of a photocopier during every gig they do (oh well, they are not that expensive, but I don't think they have one).
Anyway, a few setlists stay on stage for the band members and a few go to sound/light/guitar techs. I think this one is meant to be for EV and Stone's guitar roadie. Because all the guitars are listed next to the songs. Mike obviously has his own guitar tech.
Eddie plays his Telecaster or just sings.
Stone plays his:
- James Trussart Telecaster (JT), I think the J1 or JI is supposed to be JT as well. Can't see why he would play Save You on a different guitar.
- Blonde Fender Telecaster in open D tuning
- Black Fender Stratocaster (for Daughter, in open G tuning by the way but this is not mentioned on the setlist)
- Fender Telecaster 1 (T1)?
- Fender Telecaster 2 with capodastre on 2nd fret (T2 capo 2)?
So my conclusion is that Ed wrote the setlist himself, but this particular setlist was meant to be for the guitar roadie.
