The PJC community here is one laregly based upon the members friendship, their honestly, integrity and respect. Many of the members have developed close friendships and trust. Quick note: she sold for $2025. massive item still and likely forever. A timeless piece of PJ history.

I really don't think they're going to get much higher than that.
Pearl Jam as a band have reached their peak. They're not going to have some earth shattering album that will generate millions of new fans so the demand for an item like this is limited to: those who know the history of it, those who don't have it that still want it and those who have the funds to buy it.
I doubt they'll go down in price but I definitely think they've peaked.
But what do I know.
