Hi friends.. here in Brazil the stores still don´t have yet. But at http://www.cdpoint.com.br are selling for 190,00 reais = 95,00 dollars. I bought my cd´s for 45 dollars (tax include) at Ten Club.

... a mistake in the date on the version US importation... the 1st concert is marked as being on September 5 (on the box and CD), whereas it is known that they was the 1st sept...
