This is an official item guys.
It was made in very limited quantities, and was only send around in the Washington state area. In and around Seattle, Portland.
I remember a friend who worked at a record store, said a guy from the label came to the store with the box, and offered it to them for display in the store.
I am not sure how many were made, but it's really rare indeed.
