INSANE, the guy can have that on ebay for the next 10 years and it'll never sell at that price. Moron

That is rather ridiculous! I would love to have it as it is an original but the line must be drawn somewhere... A source close to the band eh? Suspect.

when has there been a chance to buy an original handwritten setlist? people are willing to pay 500 plus just for his signature on a poster. and this one has been authenticated by psa dna. not outrageous, imho.

to be fair Jimmy, the poster looks great, is great art, AND comes signed by Ed...

this is ripped to shit, and is basically Eds handwriting....thats why i say 1k is ridiculous

we can only wait and watch the auction to see if anyone is willing

i agree about the poster. it has an art print sort of feel to it that very few pj gigposters have.

my point is more about rarity and originality. original ed handwritten pieces are very few and far between. on the order of reeenk rairty imho. sure, it's torn, but it's original, authenticated, and one of a kind. i wouldn't take 1000 bucks for this, and it's torn and written on a paper bag:

nope. would you sell your reeenk for 2500?

on the other hand, this was a gift from a friend (as are many of my coolest items), who gave it to me knowing what it would mean to me, and that i would probably never sell it...

Hey Jimmy, I totally get where your coming from...

the point I was trying to make though was : -

would you physically pay $1000 for it if you didnt already have it.

I can honestly say if i had i would never sell it either, but I'm not sure I could spend that kind of cash on it....Its a great item, and dont get me wrong I'd love to have one but that money is just too high.

Your guitar however to me is worth literally thousands, and I know for sure you'll never ever sell that

You are right though the reeenk is with me for good ;)

no, i don't think i would pay 1000 for it. but there are lots of people who would pay more than i would for alot of stuff. guess we'll just have to watch and see if there's someone for this thing....

Anyone notice how on the closeup of my Chicago AP that the horizontal line in the capital E in Eddie resembles the wave drawing he always makes... intentional? :ugeek:
