One of the rarest promo PJ item from Sony/Epic to promote Ten (with the promo hoop).
I've never see this jar on ebay and will be very curious to know is value.

A music shop placed in Paris sold it about 750 euros at the end of the 90's.

Someone else got it in his collection ?

Hey Fabien, no i dont have this one, but it sure looks awesome.....Its high on my shopping list, along with the vitalogy little bottle and pills.

I believe Drunkie has this one though...

I'd put this in the region of the Jack Daniels Miniatures in the tin for value, somewhere in the region of $700-900 , obviously maybe not in the present climate

Correction Fabien, Drunkie has the vitalogy jar that I believe Alex has as well, the French promo item.

I recall from browsing though your site a month or so ago that one of the other collectors linked to your site has one of these, but I could be wrong

Concerning the other promo, the Vitalogy jar, it seems to be little compared with the Ten size.
...and by the way, less rare than the E.D. Smith (I know 5 persons owning this one in their collection).

Interesting is that Fabien, its certainly very very valuable anyway.

I do figure that there will have been quite a few of these produced, however i fear that many will have found the dustbin all those years ago so not many will have survived.

I was able to pick mine up a few years ago. Here's a pic with some other Ten promos in my collection.

Nice going Marc, I do love the hoop, one of my favourite items, do you have the orange basketballs too?

Paul, mine only came with 1 orange ball. How many balls did yours come with? I didn't put it in the pic because I'm not sure that it is original to the hoop. See, back in 1992 a friend of mine had one of these hoops but I don't remember a ball that went with it. So I'm really not sure if these came with a ball originally or if people added them later. Does anyone else have more information about this hoop?

Marc they came with mini basketball replicas x 2. They werent the foam type in your pic though, real mini inflatable basketballs.

I only have one but it came with two, i have the green one too, but the orange ones are much better quality
