He never uses pictures of the actual picks, and the reply is always the same, "I can't send pictures of the actual pick because i'm out of town and won't get home on time for the end of the auction", or some variation of the same lie, give it a try and contact him.

Will try it Jose. But I will keep my hands off his stuff then. Thanks for the advice.

Edit: The seller can't send pics unfortunately. What a surprise.

Is there not something that can be done about this?

Seems pretty horseshit that this guy can get post these auctions so easily and get away with it.

norman...if the other picks are known obvious fakes, why would you hold out hope on just one of them? please don't be fooled.

EDIT: i see you tested him and he failed. let's find you a legit 98 ed, hm?

Jimmy I have no luck with the orange Ed pick. I already got a fake Ed pick a few weeks ago. As I am kinda new to guitar picks (thanks jose) I am still learning my lessons. So I am thankful for this thread.

Sadly we are not the "Pearl Jam inc." how can we argue with eBay about the legitimacy of his picks? All we can do is warn others, I campaigned against his "kielbasa" pick last time he sold one, and by the amount it was sold I would say it was a partial victory, and I'm doing the same about these new ones, but we are a small corner on the whole PJ fan base, I try to spread the word about this on the forum and it get mostly ignored... Well as long as we on this corner don't fall for it I guess I have to assume I accomplished something.

100% correct.

your doing a grand job. reducing his Kielbasas to only $50 is definitely a victory. The existence of these picks sadly has a downward impact on the real authentic picks value.
