Well the biggest difference (unless I'm missing something else) is that one is printed vertically on the case and one is horizontal.
Other than that though, I think the difference in the logo's themselves is a printing thing and not a "different series" kind of thing.

So the deck of cards is the same (for both), just the metal casing is what's different?
