10 Club sticker question.......

How do you guys read this sticker?? At first I thought it was sign language, but I don't believe that first hand is giving the "10" sign. (at least when I checked online). So wondering if there is another meaning.. Like maybe the hand is waving hello? other?

Well maybe it has a pretty deep meaning, but ten fingers between the monkey's hand on the left and the human's hand in right maybe is because half of the tenC is full of animals? or maybe is because there's no difference between humans and animals... who knows?

oh shit. I guess I didn't look close enough because I though they were both human hands!!! but now I see the one at left is a primate. yeah "do the evolution" seems to fit.
