2006 Tour Book?

Sorry, this is my first post, new here. So I've checked on ebay a few times but I don't see the 2006 Tour Book. Does anyone have one, and can post a few pix of it? I want to check out what the 2006 one looks like. Just pictures..

How much were the tour book at the tour? i only have 2003 and 2006 but i bought on ebay for almost nothing are those almost for free?
