fake picks

there is a pick on ebay right now that has "ev" on one side (small type, like post 2003), and the rat in a circle on the other (like pre 98). i don't believe this pick was ever made, and i think it's a fake. hate to say it, but that calls into question all his other picks, too.
opinions?

Ya know, when I saw that, I did immediately think it was fake but I am not a long time pick collector. I have a few, mainly ones I have been lucky to attain at shows from being close but in all my years of browsing eBay I don't think I have EVer seen one of these.

I saw he sold some recently too for over $85 each. ouch
