Does anybody know anything about this? I snagged it on eBay for $10! It even includes the bass pick.

Looks pretty strange, kinda selfmade. Maybe really a rare promo from Jeff or a cheap copy.

Thats either a real nice item, or a terrible fake.

How does the CD actually look? does it appear printed, acetate etc??

I'm inclined to believe its real, however I'm just questionning the need to promote a CD limited to 3000 copies which will clearly sell out on the tenclub site alone. Still congrats if its real....great find

Nice find! I bet it is authentic. I would be very strange for someone to include a pick with a fake item and then sell it BIN $9.99. 8-)

Why not Sam? Make a cheap cd-r copy und include the pick to get some "more" money. But I have my doubts too. 8-)

it mentions the pick, but it is not pictured that i can see. sounds like something the record company would do, though: include a pick when they sent the promo out. they like cute trinkets

I asked the seller a question, asking if it was a burnt cd and if it came with the pick and stuff.. this was the response I got

"I just listened to my copy of the cd! How cool! I love this cd! Naw, no pick. It came just naked with a cd, so I made a very cool set of inserts for it front and back, and spine. This is no burned cd- came as a cd for review by the artist. I made a copy for myself for reviewing the cd, and sent you the original. Great choice, now I see why you like it!
I didn't want to overcharge for it, and am glad you could cabbage onto it! lOL
Take care, and thanks!"

I got the item in the mail, I don't have the official Tone CD but this looks to me a lot like the actual cd, if not identical.
