uauuuuu

I have been re-visiting my official bootleg collection... and I have some doubst... I hope you can tell me something about it

1) How we can get serial number about usa boot 2000 releases if we don´t have any sticker to know it?

I explain me: any cd has a number on the front... you can read a DIDP number on the matrix detail (on USA releases... correct 4996232000 number on UE releases (in this case: Barcelona 2000).. but what happen with E2K 85000 from Lisbon for example, how I can get this number? :)

2) I have some bootlegs with different serial numbers than E2k...

501991-2 Jones Beach: Wantagh, New York (2-cd set, recorded live 08/24/2000)
501990-2 Jones Beach: Wantagh, New York (2-cd set, recorded live 08/25/2000)
502167-2 MGM Grand Arena: Las Vegas, NV (2-cd set, recorded live 10/22/2000)
502169-2 Idaho Center: Boise, Idaho (2-cd set, recorded live 11/03/2000)

alll with "white" covers... how I can know if they are european or australian releases? (some australian releases went with brown covers)

3) and the last.
How we can know than this bootlegs:
http://www.pjcollectors.com/detail.asp?id=797 (for example) is a E2K 85208 serial number if this number doesn´t appears in any place?

I have 2 another Canadian releases... West Palm Beach (8/10/00) and Philly ( 09/02/00) and I can´t find any serial number... only DIDP on matrix disc

sorry about my pathetic english again :)

Cheers
miguel

nota: another one... anyone have the serial number of:
Tweeter Waterfront Center: Camden, NJ (2-cd set, recorded live 07/05/2003)
I suppose from USA... so E2K...

Miguel, here are some answers for you:

Each US release is comprised of 3 sets of catalog numbers. The first is the complete set (e.g. Lisbon, Portugal E2K 85000). The next two catalog number are for each of the discs that were released as promos (e.g. Disc 1 EK 85001 / Disc 2 EK 85002). You should be able to find all the catalog numbers on Bernd's website. http://www.garden-of-stone.com either in the "Pearl Jam" section or in the "Items I'm Looking For" section.

European pressings have some small logos and "BIEM" printed at the end of the production info on the discs. The Australian pressings should have "Sony Music Australia" printed on the discs and "SMEA" should appear in the matrix.

All Canadian pressings should have "Made In Canada" printed on them but are otherwise identical to the US pressings. I'll look and see if I have any sealed Canadian pressings to see if they reference the E2K number. Also, HMV Canada does list the domestic pressings with the E2K/E3K numbers.

thank you very much for this info... I really apreciate it

It's good to check your own bootlegs and to find some "interesting" stuff... like Canadian releases :)
