It has the lighter magenta writing on the basketball side and the other side is printed in a very clear way (I've unfortunately bougt bootlegs before, you can tell the printed letters on the vinyl is not so clear/not as clear). I assume it must be fake, but I'm not sure. There is, however, no etching in the inner ring of the vinyl. Does the original have etching? Can anyone help me out?

Original Copy: Side A 468-884-0-A and Side B 468-884-0-B
Fake Copy: Side A 4688840-A and Side B 4688840-B

Note that the etching on the fake copy is really small. You can hardly see those numbers.

Whats the deal with the amount of pirated copies of this? Like why this in particular? Is it just cause its a snowball effect thing - a few were made and were successful so more and more were then produced?

On a side note for anyone still looking I got my copy for $80.00 (approx €60.00) so they are out there at a reasonable price.

Just got this in the mail today. Have to say I thought It may be a fake, but once I got it most of the telltale signes Identified here of the fake were not evident.

The Cat number is Purple on White, with a little printing smear through the 4 like in the picture., The PX is Purple, the Cat number etchings are spaced out, and the front sleeve pic looks pretty good, the only thing is there is a notch semicircle on the right side.. I thought that was a sign of this being fake, but the one on the discog has a notch out.

So, I'm going with its a real one. I'm happy with it. Thank You M Regan in England - and only 32.80GBP / 52.86

I'm Happy, Also Happy to see EIL has the "Acetate" Fixer Cdr, I mean I only pd $5 for it...
