But mine comes with a different case... black movable tray...

What about yours?

I belive mine is traparent too

mine is black

My tray is clear or transculent.

I have similar copies of the Live At the Fox Aussie Promo. The transparent copy is sealed, but it may have been done after the fact. Since this was a similar "radio station" promo release, it is possible they used different cases.
