oh guys...i'm really anxious to post this link...i have waited 1week for end's auction...

someone knows this very,very strange vitalogy's version?????
i have tried to have more info from the seller(country/serial number/year)....but he didn't answered me...
take a look to this strange info sheet and specially to.....back's booklet...
never seen it.....every infos guys...is much appreciated!!!

Dave, I saw this one too but if you look closely, you'll see that the front insert is nothing more than the back page of the booklet (pg 34) that was cut/torn out and folded to fit into the jewelcase. It does look like there is a back insert but I can only assume it is homemade. This item does merit some value because it comes with the jukebox insert. I have a similar jukebox insert but it doesn't have the custom Vitalogy logo graphics. These jukebox inserts were distributed with the regular US Vitalogy CD with the cardboard book style case.

i'm starting to think that it was made by someone in my little town!!!
but...this jukebox insert is really cool!!never seen one in my collector's life(...a little collector's life...)...i was surprise to see usa serial number stamped on it...
you should scan it for pjcollector..it's a precious info for people like me..in this way i can understand what i see, specially on ebay..

mmmhh...several different version???...i see,but....hope u're wrong Sam...i think i must send 10.000 emails to all usa seller that are selling a vitalogy copy to ask info about this insert....
1year ago...i did the same thing to find a life wasted copy 7" with side A printed 2times...
in the end i found a copy but....i became "mad " and my mailbox was definetly out of control...
but this jukebox insert....is very nice!!
