MTV 1992 Video Music Awards Promo CD

I just received a fantastic CD issued by MTV to promote the 1992 Video Music Awards. The Pearl Jam track featured on the disc is Alive (From "MTV Unplugged"). To my knowledge, this is the ONLY appearance of a Pearl Jam MTV Unplugged song to ever be officially released on CD. 8-)
