i wrote to the 10c a couple of days ago but i still haven't recieved a reply...

Go under "My Account" and at the bottom of the dropdown is "My Subscriptions."

In there you'll find your annual digital download code for boots in the goods section as well as the download for the holiday single.

i've just recieved the 10c answer:

"The 2011 Single & Deep Magazine are in production & will be mailed to you when they are finished.
As you already know, the Band makes these for the Ten Club, so depending on their schedule, sometimes they are late, but they do get sent."

I don't know of anyone who has the physical copies. Only digital.

They started showing up yesterday.
