I know we had this chat before about what is a promo and what isnt, and if a competition prize can really be a promo etc....

there were pretty firm views that anything that wasnt available publically for sale was a promotional item per say (I recall I was thinking differently at the time, but was over ruled by a very clear majority)

Can anyone remember where this discussion was on this site?
