Hi Norman,
I'm afraid it is.-
Ten is out and PJ20 is almost out.
They are expensive as hell, but since this is the first Mini-LP release for PJ, I'm sure that they'll be worth a lot more in the next few years. Not to mention full sets.

I received my package yesterday here in Germany. They were shipped on Sep. 30th. They come with an obi strip and a japanese lyric sheet. Looks cool. Sorry, won´t be able to share photos before next week.

they probably will as and when they are reissued as part of the rerelease campaign
