nais numbers

this is the thrid time ive seen a number over 5000..i also posted about this before but no one answered me ..

so the run has to be over 5000

Yes really strange Kev. I always thought it's limited to 5000 copies. Maybe it's about 10000 but I have never seen a copy higher than 5000.

Maybe you are both right (limit of 5000 copies + numbers higher than 5000). Here's the simple solution: they produced 5000 copies but gave away 5000 numbers bewteen 1 and 10.000. Just to fool the collectors. How does that sound? :geek:

No it doesn't make any sense. ;) You shouldn't take me and the things I say too serious, at least sometimes. 8-) I was kidding.
Back on topic. In my opinion, they probably produced more than 5000 copies. So what's the highest number you ever saw?

This was also observed with the recent "volcom" releases.

Maybe they pressed a few more:
- to sent as promos, radio stations, managers etc.
- because they had some defectives, so they continued the pressing for a few more.

I think 5000 is the official number.
