LOTL UK and US CDs

I've been looking at this http://www.pjcollectors.com/detail.asp?id=1899 stating that it is a us, I wonder that it have a Universal cat. no. I have a US with this cat. no. MWR0220 and on the back with the red letters it is saying: with respect to USA and the same on the disc, the matrix is: DIDX-589204 1. I have a UK/EU with the cat. no. 2754881 and with the red letters I make this: Under exclusive to Universial international music BV, the same on the disc, here the matrix is 06025 275 488-1 01 + 52655445, it also says Made in Germany by EDC on the disc and have the Universial loge. I hope that all of this makes sense.

I have only an asian release of the LO10L... I think it the US sleeve with a sticker but the CD is not from the us...

let's check cd and spine numbers....

The cat no I've written is from tehe spine, I would love to give you scans but my printer/scanner broke, I'll put more up if you want when I get knew ones, but this where more because of the one that is uploaded, that state UK spine/cat no ad a US, I'm not saying it isn't that, but with Backspacer, all MWR where US and all the 27 number where from Universial, different countrys.
