Riot Act 3-fold digipack

I started to make a list of all the PJ items I have and am cross-checking them with the database. I picked up the Riot Act cd I have at a Dutch library sale a few years ago for 1 or 2 euros. I figured it would be a standard European release, but all the european releases are double-folded digipacks and this one is three-folded. The serial number on it is 510000 2. The only matches possible are India and Taiwan ... how is that possible? Why would a Dutch library have one of these two versions????
Anyway ... how do I know which one it is? All pictures in the database are of sealed copies ... My guess is it's the India version.
Hmmm ... also got an avocado cd there ... perhaps I should check that one again as well!
