Live At Easy Street.... different versions?

Some ago I saw on that famous auctions site a picture of the Easy Street release with a different cd

I have this one...

and I'd like to know if any of you have one with white background (where the yellow ink goes, hope you understand me)

Also I've seen some with a sticker... "Think Indie"... is that sticker from the aussie distribution?

I was the one who originally posted the topic over the old board.. I have tried to get a white cd but no luck so far...

Here's the picture from the eBay auction for the autographed copy. It is the only "white" version I've seen. Could it just be glare on the disc?!?
