Question from a new member

OK folks, today is March 4, 2010 and I just registered with this forum. This is my first post. Hello fellow Pearl Jam fans. I have a question.

I am not a collector. On CD, I only have Pearl Jam’s studio albums and 3 official bootleg concerts from 2000. In addition to those few physical CDs, I have bought digital downloads from the iTunes Store (US) and Pearl Jam’s official website (Goods Section). I have live versions of most of my favorite Pearl Jam songs, but I’m still missing several. It’s great that iTunes allowed me to buy these particular songs as individual tracks. But a few still remain. So I went through the set-lists of every live Pearl Jam “bootleg” album that Pearl Jam’s official website sells. I found the rest, but none of these songs were played at the same concert so I must buy 4 different concerts to get these 4 songs (brother, hold on, no way, hunger strike). I really can’t afford to spend over $40 just to get 4 songs. Here’s my question:

Besides iTunes and Pearl Jam’s official website, can anyone on this forum tell me about other Internet sources that I can buy individual live Pearl Jam digital downloads from? Keep in mind that I want to BUY these tracks. I assume that buying them compensates Pearl Jam financially. Can anyone help me?

After I have received some possible answers to my question, this Forum Topic may as well be deleted. I will leave that up to whoever administers this forum. Until then, however, I could sure use a little advice concerning my issue.

Hi and welcome!

sorry that I can't help you out,
but, I prefer buying cd's, touch them, feel them, see them...
Maybe I belong to another generation.
I grew up with tapes, vinyls and cd's and maybe therefore I don't like music that is nothing but data.
I never download anything.

Btw it's not bad to have different live versions from one song, cause
it's never the same, all the little varying details are quite thrilling.

And it is never wrong to buy a PJ concert!!!!!!!!

nevertheless,
good luck in your search
