my own experience:

it's a lier... I bought him a Ten from 10 promo release... I never received it... I asked him a lot of times... always with different excuses... He told me something about personal problems (but I saw he was selling new items... normal life)

I decided to trust him... I received mails from him until it pass 45 days of end auction... no more messages from him (I coudn´t put an acclaim later... )

I don´t doubt he "can" sell something "good"... but no more to me

ME TOO ...always he change the excuse about the number of unbleeped version's he has ...it is a liar ...i bought only an item from him ....never arrived ...but i didn't trust him and asked my money back to paypal ...i can't trust him ...

First of all thanx to Sam & Miguel to share their experiences...

i understand very well what u're saying ,Miguel...cause i have the same experience with him...i was able to have a total refund...i believe that me and Frank opened a paypal case in the same moment....in fact i think he stops to shipt to Italy!!!

but fortunately,Sam can spend good words about him...yes me too,i saw him selling genuine items and probably Sam's theory about Angel can be true..

the "spirit" of this space is not: "don't buy from this guy..it's a thief!!!"...absolutely not...it want be a chance to listen other opinions about everything can seems strange...items,sellers...share our bad experiences...now u know that other guys ,here, had the same problem with the same person...but u're,obviously, free to choose item and seller..

i think we need a space like this,especially after these last 2-3 months...

in the meantime i didnt stop my research about these last types of promo............and i found something...

So after talking to Dave and Norman, it is clear all three of us feel that the recent Just breathe promo from the USA was a fake. Maybe this is emphasised by its very low price. I contacted the seller and asked a whole bunch of questions - and you'd never guess what she has another if I want it for the same price as the ebay item sold for - the low $52.

If I get a further reply i will post it here, i think for now its safe to say its an item to avoid

So I asked a lot of questions about the just breathe single...such as who distributed it, what is its catalogue number? how was it received? Is it genuine? what label is it on? and how come she has more than one available?

The answer?


'I don't know anything about this item but I can assure you it's not fake. It was mailed out to radio stations'.

doesnt sit right considering the format of the Fixer usa promo and the fact there isnt a got some one

Again, I don't know anything about this item except that it was mailed to radio stations. So I can deduce that it isn't fake but you'll have to decide for yourself.

So she doesnt even know where it came from.

just a little rebus to pass the time..
last week on ebay..in the same moment 5different sellers(4 if we consider that we know tha mskiu is voodochild)are selling these "promo" in the same week....
so it's a person that uses 4-5 nickname or.....just one guy that prints this stuff and give them to these ignorant sellers??
are we able to explain this thing????

the pic background is always the same.....just black coloured......
never seen a thing like this on ebay before...

but not so simple...a very trusted southameircan seller are selling in his new ebayshop(we bought many times from him rare well known soutamerican items!!!all 100% official!!!) are selling all these promo liste as exclusive uk promo (he has 20-30 copies from all different arists in his shop)...they are the same thing of the last 2 fixer uk promo we have seen sold by the sellers of our black list and they're printed everytime in the same way................................
can u explain?do u have an idea????????????







in the end , the answer i receveid from another specialist of japan promo....another well known and trusted long experience seller...i sent him a quick mail with a couple of pics to have his opinion...

My opinion is that these are bootleg items, made to rip off collectors.



A few months ago there were similar items, but with pictures sleeves (just cheap photocopies of the original album covers) and they sold on eBay for lots of money and I felt really sorry for the buyers (there were CDRs for albums that were released even before CDRs existed, and which have not been reissued since, so there would be no reason for the record company to make CDRs. And they were using the same bad designs, even for totally different record companies).



It’s only my opinion – this information is for you, I’m not interested in fighting with the guys that make these, but I am 100% certain they are totally fake. You can see they only choose popular/big artists (genuine sellers have promos from non-popular artists too) and the design quality is so bad that no record company could do this.

at moment guys it's the only stuff/info i can share.....it's very difficult to me..to have a clear idea....just one seller...or more sellers and just one person specialized in these promo....all in the same week....and how it's possible that he is able to send these promo to southamerican??????????
