Back in 1991, about 1 or 2 weeks before their show at the Auditorium Center in Rochester NY
http://www.pearljam.com/show/rochester-auditorium-center-oct-27-1991, I was out shopping at the House of Guitars. They had this section near the cash register where they would put radio station promos and such. I would always take a look to see what they had. On this day, I happened to find a CD with a hand written label. It was Pearl Jam's Ten album. I was wanting to purchase it anyway and thought I would take a chance. I payed $2 for the disk and didn't give it much thought after that.
Yesterday, 12/23/2011, I was going about converting some CDs to MP3 for my car. I happened upon the Reenk Roink CD. It has been in that case since I bought it. Reason being, someone left the Ten album in my car so I put that one away. Anyway, after some research on the words Reenk Roink I was floored. 20 freak'n years it stayed in that case. It is like a genie in the bottle! I also remember asking the cashier if what I bought was worth anything and he said..."Doubt it dude, that's where we put all the s@#t from radio stations"...
Here is a scan and a picture in a case:
