it happens...dont worry..
try to have a refund...sometimes it's possible..
and dont forget that everytime u see an unknown/undiscovered item, check immediately seller's country...if it's uk...go and take a look to our list!!

mrcreezely is one of the reason we started this thread...
very famous and professional pirate with maybe multiple nicks on ebay..
there are serious chance that if u ask other copies for your friends he will tell u that he has other cds ready to be shipped..

in past these guys use another tip...they putted a promo on auction without bin...price went always very high in the last seconds (around 90-100gbp)..
if the 2nd bidder (as for the third, the fourth etc...) asked for another copy, he received always a confirm, naturally just for 1gbp less than the final price...
sometimes they sent u a direct or private offer to buy another copy...
the final result??? they had 200-300gpb selling 3-4 promo but just with 1single auction..
after a long an hard investigations, when we discovered their system, they changed tip...just 1cd with a cheap bin...in everycase they cover all the cost..

these guys are not chickens...but people very well organised...

Bought some vinyl on eBay and paid promptly (within 1 day). Few weeks later I messaged seller asking as to the whereabouts of my item. He said he would send me tracking number. He never did. Then I got a message saying the item had been despacthed. It never arrived. I messaged the seller twice asking had it left USA and did he have tracking number. I got a reply today saying it had been sent back to him (he doesn't know why) and he could re-send or offer a refund.

I have up until 17 December to raise a dispute via PayPal / eBay but if I ask him to re-send and it has not arrived by then have I lost the chance to dispute this?

My heart says get the refund. My head says re-send.

Seller is Slashology.

Any advice?

PS - the item is LO2L LP at good price and I have my suspicions about this guy but that could just be because I've never had any problems before on eBay.

i can tell you don't trust first
ask for a refund

or maybe ask him to re-send, than advice him that you will ask the refund in the same time, you can wait for items annd then if it's ok you can close the dispute

this is great advice.....

open the dispute if you decide to resend to cover your back, like Frank says you can always close it if it arrives

Does anyone knoe why this is pending and is it due to my credit card company or is the seller holding it up on purpose?

I think this date can change as soon as Paypal needs more time to check everything. I had this problem once too but in the end everything was okay for me.

I would say so Kev. The cover is copied from the promo single in my opinion. The labels on the vinyl look strange too. But I have never seen this boot before.

Hi, there is no back side of the cover. It is a onesided print with a white cardboard stifner

so it should be a larger reprint of the promo cd front cover...
first copy after 15years??
