Is there a pop-up of the DVD?

I downloaded the video (vfc_2004.flv), it's 1:11:23 (h:mm:ss), and I extracted the audio (mp3) from the FLV with this tool, FLV Extract, from http://moitah.net/

There are some good tunes from this video. The mp3 is 96kbps CBR MP3, 44.1MHz Joint Stereo.

It sounds very decent. Hope to split it, just the tunes.
